The sofa arrived on time, correct colour, texture and it is beautiful and accurate to the size and shape and pictures online. The team who delivered were polite and professional. My sofa was delivered by Slan and Przenek I am a very happy client.

Sofa ordered on 7th Dec 2024. The website said 2-5 weeks for the delivery. No update at all regarding the delivery status.
Inquired with customer service, they sent a msg that it will be delivered between 15-30th Jan 2025.
Today is the 30th Jan & still no sofa nor any communication after 8 weeks.
This company don't care.

Slawek and Przemek were so lovely with their delivery and prompt service. Their communication while fitting up the sofa was good and they also took away all the rubbish. I am loving my new sofa and it makes my flat looks so much nicer. Thank you Sofa Bargain and thanks to these two delivery drivers you guys were awesome and I wish more delivery guys were like you too because you took extra care.
