"Lens I ordered arrived 1 week later…"

Lens I ordered arrived 1 week later than expected. I would need to pay £126 to return it (£69 - 10% restocking fee + £57 - Postage and handling charge). Joke. Stick to a different platform that is more user friendly. Buying from T-Dimension made me feel like a criminal :)

[EDITED!] Absolutely unbelievably poor! Should send tons of documentation on my identity - incl. pictures of old utility bills before my item could be shipped, and then, several days after, to be notified that they had expired for the item. On top of all this, it cost me about $ 50 in fees and currency exchange.
[And I forgot to mention they said their team of warehouse employees found an error on my camera!... - there´s no chance in hell that a pro Nikon camera would have left Nikons quality control with an error that a warehouse emplyee could see with his bare eyes!]

Après moult recherches, j’ai commandé chez T-Dimension à un prix raisonnable et attractif par rapport à la concurrence. Je ne connaissais pas ce site très professionnel. J’ai été agréablement surpris d’être pris en mains par Élaine dès le début de la commande jusqu’à la réception de mon objectif livré rapidement par DHL.Le colis est arrivé en bon état et parfaitement emballé avec soin. Je l’ai confié au premier assistant caméra. Je suis très satisfait de ma commande et de mon achat conforme à mes attentes. Je recommande ce vendeur. Order was processed fast and correctly. T-Dimension requires confirmation of identity but is flexible in terms of what documents are acceptable. Overall it worked out. Article was in perfect condition, but box seal was not intact. I accept this because of the great pricing they offer.
