"I would never choose anyone over G❤️"

G is the only coach I’ve ever had that’s actually been there 110% of the time. She doesn’t only focus on getting loads and loads of clients simply to earn money and just “give them what they pay for”, but she is genuinely interested in her clients and wants to always be available (which she does soso well)❤️ She focuses on so much more than just handing out a program, because she wants to motivate, engage and help with the mental part of a fitness journey as well. In the beginning I wasn’t sure if I even was able to maintain consistent with a program, but G makes it so easy for you and even I have been able to stay consistent AND have grown soooo much mentally in a very short period of time❣️
