I received advise on selling with a house buying company, selling in an auction and using an estate agent. The advice received was extremely helpful and they were able to answer all the questions that I asked. I will now make a well informed decision on what is best for me in selling my house.

Having thought my option was to auction my property, I wanted some advice before I made my final decision. I had expected Matthew's phone call to be a 'hard sell' for auctioning as my only option but I couldn't have been more wrong. Matthew listened to my explanation of the property's history, listened to my concerns, and advised me to take a different route. I was impressed with his honest responses and considered advice. He also suggested a very useful method of thinking about the sale over a long period of time as a way of helping to reduce the stress of the sale process. He gave me information on what was selling around me of the same value and explained that at the moment it was the Market that was affecting the sale and to possibly look at the photos on RightMove as it doesn’t show the best of the property.
