Subject: Urgent Request for Subscription Cancellation and Refund
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing on behalf of “ a customer of your service, concerning a persistent issue that has remained unresolved to date. Despite repeated attempts to cancel my monthly subscription, your company continues to deduct charges from my account, which is both unauthorized and unlawful.
Please be advised that as of January 2023, there has been no active subscription visible on my account. Nevertheless, your company has continued to deduct monthly amounts. This is contrary to both our agreement and consumer protection laws.
Moreover, my correspondence with your customer service team, both via email and telephone, has failed to resolve the issue. This lack of response and action on your part is disappointing and unacceptable.
Therefore, I demand the following:
1. Immediate termination of my subscription.
2. A full refund of all unauthorized deductions since [first month of unauthorized deductions].
3. Written confirmation of both actions.
If these issues are not satisfactorily resolved within 14 days from the date of this letter, I will be compelled to take legal action. This may include further action, including claims for compensation for damages suffered and legal costs incurred.

Cena jest na 3, 15 licencji nie wiem po co mi tyle licencji i aż tyle płacić za EA.
Znalazłem innego bota co zdaje w 7dni tradingowych oczywiście.

This is not a professional service. The 24/7 customer service "bot" does not respond to any queries so you have to ask Ben, the only person involved in this "company", inside the forums. If he eventually responds to you, he is very rude and treats you like an idiot even if you have a genuine issue. He frequently argues with anyone who is unhappy with what they have paid for and boots anyone off who dares to say anything negative about him or the services provided. I got booted from the discord for having the audacity to suggest he could be a bit more understanding when responding to people.
A legitimate company would apologise for any inconvenience, try to rectify any issues and do what they can to keep the customer happy. However, once you've paid your money this guy has all the power, regardless of whether you're happy or not. And if he doesn't like something you say he can just boot you out.
He will likely come back with a reply about how I only signed up for a telegram service, but by his kind generosity I was allowed to transfer my lifetime membership to 1 year on this new service. Unsurprisingly, everyone was told if they complained they would get nothing.
Don't trust this guy with your money. There are plenty of other services out there, where you don't have to spend a fortune only to be booted for saying anything negative, or have the platform change and be told you'll have to pay more money.
If he wants to make a success of his business he will have to swallow a little bit of pride and accept that sometimes the customer isn't a complete idiot.

Thanks Ben, some people might have thought I was exaggerating about how unprofessional and abrasive you are, but your response has illustrated it perfectly!
I haven’t fabricated anything here, why would I bother? I was literally responding to another member who said you spoke to them like they were an idiot. All I said was that you could do with being a bit more understanding in your responses, and you sometimes make it sound like I’m an idiot. If I was being more inflammatory then please enlighten me! It was only after messaging on the forum that I got a response from you in the chat.
When you moved from telegram to discord you migrated LIFETIME members to an annual service. You said “I don’t want to hear any complaints about this, we don’t want that kind of negativity on the new platform” or words to that effect. You probably still have access to that message, so can validate your claims of fabrication if you said something else.
As for gratitude, I signed up for a LIFETIME membership ($299) in November, and you closed down the telegram group in January. So yeah I would expect to be given some kind of compensatory service if I get two months instead of a lifetime as I’d paid for. I continued to be charged for the monthly subscription ($39) for another 3 months (in which there were pretty much zero signals) and only got refunded for one month after a lot of hassling. Feel free to send me that $78 anytime. There is always some kind of discount on $1200, so that’s not really comparable. I didn’t want to pay for a bot or have to join video calls to access signals, so the new service wasn’t all that useful anyway.
If I’m an “Old member” from nine months ago, then that gives people an indication of the longevity of your customers.
I only posted on here because the last thing you said to me was “Go find someone else to cry to”. So I did. If that someone else happens to be one of your potential customers then you only have yourself to blame.

Oh man, it's just plain ridiculous to call blackswanfx.com a scam! I've been a happy member, paying my dues for a solid three years, and let me tell you, their service is top-notch! I've taken those signals and incorporated them into my own trading methods, which I learned from his program, and let me just say, the results have been mind-blowing! To all those folks out there who love to throw baseless criticism at companies, listen up! It's time to reassess your approach. Just because you struggle to make profits, can't follow instructions, or lack the patience to learn properly doesn't give you the right to jump from one company to another while badmouthing them. -After 3 months when they took the second payment, I tried to return the money on the same day because I do not want their services, but they refused
-After that I started trying to reach out to anyone to unsubscribe me (Telegram subscriber) with no success, and they still took money from my card, forcing me to stop the card(100% steal)
