Apart from a small hiccup of one of the lads being poorly on the original scheduled date of removal Ben sorted out another date for less than a week later. The guys turned up on time and worked their little socks off! It wasn’t the easiest removal as they had to dismantle a lean-to to get it out and a couple of times I thought it wasn’t going to be possible but the guys deserve a medal for perseverance and determination and got that Grand Canyon on their truck!! The lean to was a little worse for wear but they set to with spare pieces of wood from my stack and rebuilt it to the best of their ability - given the age of it and the fragility they did a sterling job! They cleared up after themselves and even swept through the passageway which had been mucky before they even arrived. I would not hesitate in recommending this company. 10/10

"I am so glad I found ‘ The Hot Tub…"

I am so glad I found ‘ The Hot Tub Mover’ for my recent move. I cannot praise the guys that both collected my tub, and re-delivered it several weeks later, for their friendliness, professionalism and good humour - they made the job look easy ! I needed a crane lift at my new address, which wasn’t helped by a relatively narrow access drive, which I thought might be a problem, but they weren’t fazed at all, and instantly put me at ease. Ben was also great. I had a timing issue which was worrying me, as I had to get the decking area at my new house reinforced before I could take delivery of the tub, and he happily stored it for me, at no extra cost. All in all, I cannot recommend Ben and his team highly enough 😊

First class job by all of the lads who turned up to move our hot tub to our new house. Communication with Ben prior to moving day was second to none.

We required a crane to lift out of our old house and into our new house. Very professional - no issues whatsoever.
