Found this organisation to be both courteous and helpful. I initially ordered the wrong product but after a brief panic, I phoned Hannah who was so lovely and helpful, just a delight. She made the Change and slightly longer than originally mentioned but still within the time frame within the terms and conditions. When you get older all you want is to speak to a human on the other side of the phone, so I am grateful that Paving Superstore have staff dedicated to their clients. Thank you.

Took a long time to arrive but worth the wait" I spent a considerable time on this but eventually I purchased the 900 x 600 riven limestone to replace our 25 year old patio! It was on a special, and the pack was almost the exact size we needed, so went for it. Arrival was relatively quickly and in good condition and the service we recieved from was great from the start.
our new patio now looks great and we are very pleased with the finished results.

Very happy with order. Got the last few packs of a clearance range when I rang them up. Our order arrived in 4 days and we got started immediatly, the backyard has never looked so good, we can now use it all year round.

"Good service and great product but let down by delivery time"

could not fault the product, client was extremely happy and for the price - a sure win......but it was well over the expected delivery day, and although this was a supplier issue, it caused me labour serious issues! Communication was good and PSS did their best to resolve it. Emma called regularly to update. Regardless I would use them again in future.

I had been looking to buy liner clay bricks for our patio project for over a year. as the day was fast approaching to make a decision.....I came accross the Wienerberger's alder Tumbled range and saw Paving Superstore sold these. oh my goodness, did I ever go right here! These beauties are not cheap but, I could not be happier with the final product. simply put.... GORGEOUS! delivery was around 10 days from order. George helped with the choice of colour between the Lotis and the Atlas and that advice suited my home garden perfectly. recommended.

I took a long time to make a decision on which company to purchase our paving from. Paving super store had the best offers on, and although other company's were recommended, I decided to give them a chance. Quick delivery, really nice paving slabs and all arrived in one piece. The delivery man was also very helpfully and polite and was a huge help. Sales lady at Paving guided me with size and how many slabs I need, hannah was a great.
