I won a beautiful handbag in a recent Facebook competition. I hadn't seen the results in my feed so Emma messaged me directly. I was thrilled to have won a stunning leather crossbody bag. No sooner as I had sent my details over the label had been printed and the item packaged, amazing service, she even sent me a photo of the label so I could track it with Royal Mail. The bag arrived, very well packaged with attention to detail, individually wrapped in tissue paper with a hand written note of congratulations. The tissue paper inside the bag matched the hue of the bag too. And of course, the bag is very well made and I can't wait to start showing it off. Thankyou so much
