Dispatch and delivery was prompt. My books came in little bundles which were held together and made removing them from the box easy. Will definitely come back for more books as the collections I've started, now need to been completed.

"Great quality but slow delivery with express 24"

I bought the harry potter set from here on the 12th August. The items arrived in great condition and safely.
I did have a few issues with the delivery - I bought the item on the Friday 12th August with express 24 delivery, expecting it to arrive the next day on the 13th. Once I placed my order, I got an email confirming my order had been placed but thereafter, there was no updates at all. I emailed on the 14th and then the 15th. They finally answered my email on the 15th, advising it had been shipped. Eventually, my items arrived on Tuesday 16th.
I wonder whether there was no progression with my order as it was the weekend, but it doesn't state that on the delivery section of the website when selecting express 24.
I feel that the express 24 delivery is not worth it, as It took my item 4 days to come - the time of the normal, cheaper delivery.
When customer service did eventually answer by email, they were helpful and updated me with what's going on.
