We have used Coach Hire twice now and have been very impressed with the level of service both times. We’d happily use them again and recommend them. Specifically we have really appreciated their flexibility. Last time we used them, we requested to bring forward the pickup time because we had a bit of an emergency, and the driver’s response and willingness to change was great. All the drivers we have had have been very friendly and helpful. The coaches have been well equipped and had enough space for everyone’s luggage as well as a working toilet.

We booked a minibus from Coach Hire to go on my sisters hen weekend. Found the quote very reasonable and kept informed about the whole process i.e. pick ups, drivers details etc. Turned up early for both our departing and return journey and was happy to wait until we had finished our drinks!
Our driver, Craig, was lovely and very accommodating for the amount of toilet breaks 12 ladies need on a 2.5 hour journey. I would highly recommend Coach hire.

Booking was no problem on line however when the driver turned up he had no idea where he was going. The party on the Coach had to get SatNav on their mobiles and try and direct the driver. This took going around Manchester town centre for over half an hour
