I haven't lost any weight. In fact, I have managed to gain some.
I followed instructions, upped my exercises and ate less but it didn't work for me.
I would like to add though, just because it didn't work for me doesn't mean it won't work for others.

My item arrived in single padded package with a defrosted leaking ice pack, which compromised the sterilty of the needles and alcohol wipes. Also as item once removed from refrigeration has to get used within 30 days as it was not kept at ambient temperature.
