Placed an order on the 30th January last Thursday as wanted to start the Mounjaro pen this week on Monday at the start of the week had seen good reviews on tiktok and also had a discount code so chose to go with this pharmacy. Many of my friends are using Mounjaro and when they have ordered from pharmacy’s they’ve received there pen the next day maybe two days at latest tomorrow it will be a week from I’ve ordered the pen and I still haven’t received it? Everytime I try to track it it’s telling me that there still preparing the order and it hasn’t been dispatched I’ve emailed customer service not once but twice and I’m still yet to get a response? Came on here to read reviews as I am not starting to think I have been scammed I understand mistakes happen and sometimes things get mixed up but I’m currently in limbo as I can’t get a reply from customer service and I don’t know what I’m suppose to do hoping to get a reply on here
