Appalling, never received the product, no effort to even explain, no offer of a refund. Luckily I ordered via PayPal and used this route to obtain a refund. Avoid.

"Extremely disappointed"

Extremely disappointed! I ordered on 25/02 expecting it to be delivered within 4 days as stated on website and as this is my 3rd order. I heard nothing by end of the month so contacted them where I was assured it would be delivered on Monday. Monday passed and nothing has yet been dispatched. They are very aware that I require the item for Tuesday. It is poor customer service and utter lies. Even contacting their phone line I am constantly in queue that doesn’t seem to change I have been on the call for over an hour now.

I try to phone 2 days in the row and ech day I Spend over 2 hours try to contact with this company regarding my order no one answer and I was 1st in the queue only what I was hearing was “you phone is very important for us “ what a joke!!!!!!
Ordered mounjaro on 26th February and still nothing!! Please guys pay little bit more and go to someone else as this company is absolutely terrible do not trust.
