I ordered the carpet cleaner with some circumspection. I’d read reviews on other makes which did not impress me. I have two rooms where the carpets are desperate for a clean so I bit the bullet. BISSELL customer service was excellent. They contacted me at every stage of the delivery process which was 'next day' as promised. The delivery man even took the parcel indoors for me, I am 74 and no weight lifter. I’d read reviews criticising the instructions but I found them childishly simple. I also watched a YouTube video to be sure. Operating the machine was very easy and the results were magnificent! I couldn’t be more pleased. I went round the house cleaning lots more things, such as rugs, a sofa and chair. I am delighted with my purchase.

First impressions of the product are good, it looks and feels a quality item. Only had a chance for a quick test run but seems to clean our tiles floor really well. However i was disappointed with the website as it was impossible to apply the 10% sign up discount code so ended up paying £40 more than it should have cost
