"Disappointing experience and lack of professionalism "

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the service I received from American Design Network. Over the past eight months, I was repeatedly misled with false promises and lack of communication. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, my calls were ignored, and when I did manage to get through, I was reassured that my project and refund were being handled—only to be left waiting with no progress.

What’s most concerning is the complete lack of transparency. I was never informed about their refund policy until much too late, and I was strung along with vague assurances, leading to months of wasted time and energy. Even after months of patience, I was shocked to be told I was not eligible for a refund, despite being repeatedly assured the situation was being worked on.

Additionally, I received unprofessional treatment when Jennifer, the person handling my case, refused to take my calls until I used a different phone number. This lack of respect and accountability is completely unacceptable.

At this point, I have lost all trust in ADN and would strongly caution anyone considering their services. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and follow-through has been a major disappointment, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Anna was always prompt about getting with me about things we discussed. She always got it done in a timely manner and followed thru on her word. She made changes that were precise due to discussion. She knows vision and accomplishes what the customer wants. The beginning was a little rough as I was just introduced to her. She goes straight in without a formal introduction of who and what she does which came off a little scammy. Once I got her credentials and who she was out of that way we were fine. Her people skills are different than most so it was hard to understand her in the beginning. All in all she made the process go smooth and would use her again in tbt future.
