I purchased Microsoft office from this company, and after a few months I am getting "sorry we cannot access the account now, to fix this please sign in again ". When I tried to log in the account credentials are not working. Tried to reach them multiple times no reponse

Fast and easy. I have two computers loaded with Win10 from this company. Works perfectly every time.

I bought the lifetime subscription for Microsoft 365 Pro from them on Nov 24, 2022 and recently I received notice that this lifetime subscription is unauthorized and will be deactivated on Feb 28, 2023. I will lose access to my OneDrive storage and all apps that come with this subscription.

I have tried to contact them through emails, webchat, and whatsapp as listed on their website and purchase confirmation email, but to no avail. No response from them whatsoever.

This does not seem to be a legitimate licence to me. Don't trust the deep discounts and promises that they offer.

Bought 3 windows 10 pro keys and none were valid. Immediately emailed customer service with screen shots included. No response. Poor customer support.
