"Very expensive for average service"

Very expensive for average service. They seemed more interested in taking my money than ensuring I was satisfied with their service. They charged me £25ph yet the cleaner didn’t clean thoroughly. My usual cleaner charges £16ph, but she wasn’t available and since I had family coming over for the weekend I needed to find some cleaners quickly. That’s why I used CMH Services but I will never use them again. Even if my regular cleaner is unavailable I would rather keep looking for someone else. I cannot believe you can charge £25ph and do such a shoddy job. I ended up having to clean after the cleaner left.
Also communication was very difficult because they sent a cleaner who didn’t speak English. She was a nice person but what’s the point of sending someone I can’t communicate with?

Excellent service. Booked at short notice and the team arrived on time and were super friendly and helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble and they got straight to work and came with all their own supplies and equipment. Communication was excellent and the whole service was really efficient and well organised.
