The power slides were good. However I could not access the speaker notes and the talk help person was not helpful. I will miss my deadline and have to do the research myself. I would appreciate a discount as I do not feel that I got what I paid for and will be reluctant to use you in the future.
I had this same problem the last time I used your service. So I am disappointed to say the least. I will not be recommending this service.
