"Really disappointing experience"
Really disappointing experience. I bought a 5-day unlimited attractions pass for Dubai, only to find that the attractions are £500 cheaper if I buy them individually. I got in touch with customer service multiple times over a period of a week, who continuously said they would get back to me about a partial refund, if not full. These last two days they have been completely ignoring me and it's not possible to get in touch with anyone. Avoid like the plague

Customer service is non existent, I tried to get a refund before activating the card and had no response.
It’s expensive and the attractions are usually non peak times and budget versions of the attractions.
I ended up paying twice as what I needed to pay to see the attractions I did.
Definitely one to avoid!

This company is a complete scam, I should have read the reviews before, we buy the package to get a reservation to La Sagrada Familia then we were told it was all booked and had to look for other options, hours later we knew we could not get to any other attractions due to a delay on our connections, we tried to contact them and there was no option to change times or days or a refund , they just said the ticket was “used” which is completely false, we paid, we made a reservation but we couldn’t get there because of connection delays on our trip. Don’t use them this is a SCAM

the company does not have a customer service number, they do not replay back to mails. how is one suppose to contact them. the chat bot is usless.

"Refund Not Being Acted Upon"
I purchased a voucher in January 19, 2024 for Athens attractions. I paid 222 euros. However, all attractions were not available as shown by the bookings in the SmartVisit App so I requested a refund. They removed the pass from the app so I never utilized any of the package. I sent email to info@smartvisit for this refund but they never replied back. I chatted to Iventure and their agent confirmed that the refund was processed. However, 6 weeks passed and until now the money has not been returned to my bank.

Really thankful to iventure, the support received while our stay is much appreciated. All the staff is very coordinated and polite. It was worth planning the trip with iventure.

I purchased a few of the Iventure options for my family holiday in January - it really worked well and there was a saving versus paying at the venues.
I will definitely recommend.
