"Rusted bedside table lamps"
Spent £140 on two lamps for our bedroom.Once we were installing them discovered that the joint on both of the lamps was rusted inside and the overall quality of the lamp was poor considering the money.Have just rung customer services for money back- really disappointed and won't be using this company again.

Overall frustrating and upsetting experience after ordering from their website. Received an email telling me the item I ordered was discontinued. Thereafter communication was very poor, none of my emails were replied to and after 10 days and several phone calls I finally managed to get a refund. Sad to have such shocking service, maybe they have bigger fish to fry and my £60 order was meaningless to them.

Two glass lanterns well packed (in a vast box!) and delivered with exceptional speed. Very impressive service, though as this is a single purchase, perahpas a bit eraly for 5 stars.

"They Have Ups and Downs"
I ordered two ceiling lights and a wall light. Waited five days but still no contact, when I tracked the order it was 'processing'. I emailed them and got a quick answer. Their supplier had only sent one ceiling light.
I was slightly annoyed, I think I should have been contacted about this. I was being delayed in finishing my decorating. I told them to send me what they had. The items arrived promptly.
I then waited another week for the second light, again going through the same process of emailing after 5 days.
However, the side wall ligth was not suitable and once returned (at my own expense) the refund was issued promptly.
Not sure how I would rate them, fairly poor for delivery based on my experience, but this may be a-typical. Good for the refund.
Would use again, but would not have high expectations of a rapid service.
