Excellent Service! We bought some pocket door frames varying sizes which work brilliantly. Much better then wooden frames and so easy to fit. As we are renovating and have boxes everywhere we mislaid the rollers on our last frame to fit. This was no problem for Rocket Door Frames, Callum is sendng out replacements so we can finish the door. Amazing service, amazing products and fabulous prices. Much better than competitors! Perfect, makes stressful renovating an easier job with service like this.

Spoke to Ruth twice, and bough a concealed door frame with hinges and a pocket frame, for a jack & Jill bathroom. She was amazing knowable, patient and helpful, great customer service. I noticed that this firm already has 5*, I'm just another admiring customer

"Badly thought out hinge jigs"

Jigs supplied with the flush hinged system are designed for 16mm diameter router bits, these aren't commonly available for 1/2 shank routers and have to be ordered from trend.
Either change the jig to accept 12.7 mm standard worktop cutters or supply a router cutter with the kit.
As I didn't plan ahead for ordering a 16mm cutter it cost me time and money.
Extremely annoying.
