I am Maher Aljamal, working in Beit Jala Pharmaceutical company since 1996 as an analyst in the Lab of Research and Development department. Mainly the requirements of QBD were applied in our/my work but I like the discussions done of how to organize/think the divisions for critical material attributes, QTPP, CQAs, CPPs as well as the way of how to think about Risk assessment classifications (High, medium, low) depending to the process effect.

To follow QBD, every step shall be identified and classified from the beginning of drug product development , and each step process shall be identified, clarified, classified and controlled, to minimize the risks as well as to solve any problem appeared in the process.

Time zero organization for each drug product QBD file is very important to be followed from purchasing the formula required API, excipients, packaging materials (Direct / InDirect)...... up to finished drug product and stability shelf life .........

Finally my mind was standing on the write steps of good thinking for Organized QBD file

"Need to better organize the training course"

Better if the trainer can be on time, and dont waste too much time on exercise as most of the content listed in the outline were not covered.

Trainer should stay on zoom call when it's teaching hour, sometimes trainer was unresponsive for 30+ mins without a note.
