As a landlord, I have been with Cardiff estates and lettings for 5 years and they have really gone above and beyond to make me feel I'm with a lettings agency that I can trust. Having had a very difficult previous tenant they dealt with each situation diplomatically and carefully ensuring that I avoided having the constant stress. I have nothing but the best things to say about this company and how stress free and smooth the whole process of renting a property from them was. Victoria was amazing and was so clear and precise in everything she did, all with such a high level of professionalism too.

The last few months when finding a property I've dealt with a few agents/companies where there has been zero communication, failing to deliver on what they said and end up being quite pushy when they need something but no where to be seen when you need something. None of this was experienced with Cardiff Estates & Lettings, I think the previous agents I've dealt with elsewhere need to spend a day with Victoria so they can see how it's done properly!
