I had new Central Heating System installed to replace and old Warm Gas Heating. I reached out to Stride Plumbing & Heating Ltd, plus 2 other companies. Right from the outset, I was impressed when they came for a quote. They arrived in time, reviewed the house and advised me of the required radiators, boiler etc which promptly followed by a written quote. An installation date was agreed and they carried out the work to highest standard, cleaning up as they went along. Once the system was installed we met and they answered all my questions and explained all the features of the boiler and the thermostat control. I had a leak in my airing cupboard and Stride Heating quickly assessed the problem, ordered a new pump for the shower and fitted it without any problems. They were professional, polite and clean.
