Although my order was very small it was accepted gratefully and dealt with efficiently. I was kept informed of progress and despatch but would have expected the items to have arrived a day before they did. Probably down to the Royal Mail who seem to do things in their own time..Pity as P and P was not cheap

Good product but no 2nd class delivery option - £14 product cost £6 to deliver by the cheapest means.

I ordered a potato fork on the 20th November, and have been waiting ever since. I received an email on the 26th saying that the couriers were having difficulty finding my address - which is really strange, given that I have a postcode and my house appears on Google Maps and every other satnav known to man...................
I wonder if anything will arrive before Christmas?
