"NEVER USE BOOK YOUR DUMPSTER"

NEVER use this company. They are incompetent and defraud you. I booked a dumpster and called to arrange pick up on the contract date. They were a couple of days late due to their scheduling problems. They have subsequently charged me over $1200 for overages which they have never explained and they refuse to return my calls. I think they forgot to record that they picked up my dumpster (I have multiple proofs) and they kept my credit card info and just kept charging me. They will not even speak to me to resolve. DONT USE THEM you cant trust them and they do not respond.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. I booked a dumpster, received it paid for it and returned it. They subsequently made two charges on my credit card totalling $1200 for services I never requested or received. They refuse to return my calls. Through the dispute process they told my credit card that I owe the money and refused to resolve. They are cheats and they keep your credit card info so they can make false charges. Do NOT TRUST THEM.

We used Book Your Dumpster before and must say always had good experience, we ordered week in advanced and had dumpster delivered on time. Even though they gave us 14 days rental, we we're finished in 5 days and they had no issues removing in that period. Would recommend to anyone in need of disposal services.

"Con artist and scammers!!"

A total rip off! I booked a 20 yard dumpster for 7 days and got a 16 yard dumpster for 3 days. No adjustment in the fee or anything. Once you pay them you can’t get in contact with them again. They don’t own their own dumpster’s and the company that delivered the dumpster said he’s not doing business with them again because of payment issues. Don’t use this company
