We were delighted with the information, check-in, facilities, and location of our recent rental in Cornwall. It was a real pleasure to be able to talk quickly to knowledgable and caring staff to get advice or resolve issues instead of hanging on for a mediocre agent as with many other holiday rental companies. Booked a trip away for New Years which unfortunately had to be cancelled due to COVID restrictions but the communication from luxury homes and updates provided were amazing. I dealt with Roz who was super helpful and extremely friendly, she made the whole process stress free. We will most definitely be booking a trip next year once restrictions are lifted. My friend and I booked a cabin in Scotland for New Years and unfortunately this trip isn’t going ahead due to government guidelines however the service we have received has been second to none. "Brilliant 40th Weekend Break"

Luxury Cottages booked me a fantastic cottage for myself and 5 friends to stay in for my 40th Birthday get away. Roz and the team at Luxury Cottages were fantastic, all the way through the booking they were able to answer all my questions and were very responsive to emails. We stayed at The Mews in Derbyshire and it was amazing. The cottage was cleaned, very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The owner Phillipa was a brilliant host and made my weekend so special.
