"Beware of the 10year guantee"

Beware of the 10year guantee. I had window fitted in 2015 but I have of my panes of glass is now getting condensation in between the glass. I notified customer service who at first were very helpful. After 2 missed appointments to measure the pane, 3rd time they did turn up . Missed installation appointments. I am still waiting this has been going on since May . I have given up now, don't think they want to be bothered. Very disappointed with this company's after service.

Really pleased with my new electric garage roller door, fitted by AWR.
Came on the day of installation with an electrician, as had no electric feed to the garage. Electrics and garage door imstalled and can't fault the installation. A perfect job! Thanks guys!!

"Charged Twice"

Despite paying in full on the day of installation I had extra payment taken from my account a month later. This despite receiving an email about the payment and being told by the company to ignore it as it was an error and I would not be debited.
Despite the company's reply I have still not been refunded on 2/10/24!
Now refunded 4/10/24 and happy with the windows so all settled amicably.

Re listing the review as this was removed for some reason. I refuse to allow companies to remove reviews because it doesn’t fit their criteria.

I Booked an appointment to have a measuring up and quote, took time out of my day to be around but the sales rep insisted he couldnt measure up without the wife being available too. "Company policy" apparently. No doubt to force a sale. Smelled of smoke and booze too.

Definitely will not be ordering with these guys as I refuse to be hard sold and have my time wasted.

This was summer 2022 but as said, the original was removed. The reason being is I couldn’t provide the name of the rep.

Sorry but reviews are important for potential buyers and of course for those who have had either positive or negative experiences.

Do not censor public.

Flag the review as many times as needed. This was a fair and honest review based on my experience that happened. It’s important for customers to know who they are dealing with.

If this gets removed, I’ll repost another and another and another. It matters not. Do not censor the public when they have a bad time just because you don’t like the feedback.

Instead, address your staff to be respectful and honest.

"helpful fitters"

initially the fitters were a bit put out because they had to work from the outside only. I explained that both the salesman and surveyor said that this would not pose a problem they got on and completed the job without any further troubles.

I've had my soffits, fascia and gutteting done with this company aswell as new windows which were done 2 weeks ago. A good experience with both jobs. Did what they said they would and completed on time. After sales service was also good as when i had a problem with my guttering a couple of years ago they came and sorted it straight away. Can't fault em. They tidied up aswelll.

The technician who installed the door was at the top of his game. He arrived on time and never stopped working until everything was done. He was very thorough and a pleasure to deal with. The door looks great.

Salesman was very informative with great communication.
Getting through on the main number after paying my deposit and before fitting was a little unnerving, (hence the drop in stars). But my worry wasn't necessary. A call to salesman resolved it and I had my windows and door fitted.
The guys were quick, polite and did an excellent job! They even repaired the render around the new windows (something I had heard doesn't usually happen with windows fitters!)
After finding some of the negative reviews for AWR after booking I was nervous, but I can honestly say I am very happy! I definitely recommend.
