"Great service, took a while to get the parts but worth it! Mr Brown"

We had some delays due to covid but we are very happy with the doors we had fitted. Door fitters rearrange an earlier date than what we finalized on but it suited me, not like I'm going anywhere. They turned up I had the doors unlocked and they cracked on. I had to pop out for a few mins but so informed them and they just carried on. The two fitters were friendly and worked hard to get the job done. I think they were glad we just came out of the heat wave it was like 28C the day before. Anyway they did a splendid job, looks a million percent better than the old uPVC Doors that were 15+ years old. We can no longer hear the neighbors in talking in their kitchen and we can't smell when they are smoking on the door step so it's making life much more relaxing. Price wise I thought it was a little expensive but after talking with other people it turns out we got a fair deal so much so we have ordered some windows as well so will see them next year.

"WORST COMPANY EVER"

We have ordered an front door with side panel from allweatherroofline on 10/11/2020, the actual installations only took place 03/2021, the installation guys were angry and rushing around as it was getting late, they finished installation and went without me signing for the job. on 26/3/21 i contacted the office and explained all the issues that were there and needed fixing, like the silicon job that was around the door from outside is very bad, there were caps missing from side panel, the door needed adjusting as its scratching on frame and you can clearly see its sticking out on one side, from inside if you look at the bottom of the door you can see through as there is no sealing or anything, the wind keeps blowing from there as well, the frame is damaged as the screws went through. The lady asked which time of the day to i prefer for guys to come and sort the issues to come over and i did say PM as me and my Mrs are working, she booked them in for 7/4/21.
On 9/4/21 i rang the office at 15:00 to find out what is going on, the lady said that they came at 9am or something like that and nobody was home so they fitted the caps sorted silicon and left, i have said that we agreed on PM time from 12noon but she insisted that i asked for AM, she said that she will listen to the recording of the call when we arranged it, can you find pictures attached to the email, these were taken after "some issues were fixed, like silicon and caps" you can clearly see that even those are still not good enough... im very dissapointed with the service and quality received.
The door is still out of alignment as hinges are damaged to this day 11/08/2021. Again spoke to allweatheroofline last friday to find out what time the guy will come on monday as that what they advised to do to get more accurate time of engineer arriving is call day before, so rang friday at 3 and lady said she will call me back at 5 and let me know what time monday he will be over, again nobody called and guy came when nobody was at home... so we re arranged appointment again but now i have direct engineers number as that what he advised to do is call him direct on the day.
My neighbours just had their windows done by this company and are also not happy as the windows are wayyy too small and they just put big seal around to hide the fact, instead of getting new windows. Avoid this company at any cost!

Update 11/11/2022

Had someone booked in to sort the door 2 weeks ago, nobody came. The guy came in today, re adjusted the door again and took pictures of damaged rubber seals, gues will wait another month for them to come in to fit them, have tried emailing them regarding the issues but nobody ever responds. Will update once door is fully sorted ( if it ever will be )

Update 9/12/21

Had someone came over on 11/11/21, adjusted the door took pictures of rubber seals and wrote some notes, since that nobody called or emailed :( can feel cold breeze coming from door...

We have used Roofline before and know that the work done will be with great efficiency and care.
It was an extremely hot day, but the two young men worked together and it didn’t slow them down.

"Absolutely horrendous customer service"

Absolutely horrendous customer service. When I didn’t want to continue after a quote I was told I was a “liar” and that I was being “put on their s*** list” this by a man called Noel in the Doncaster office.
Absolutely disgusting!!

"Conservatory door and roof replacement. for a door and…"

When I placed an order for a door and roof replacement, I was promised that the work will be completed in about four weeks. They never rang to say that there is going to be a delay. I had to ring to find out when they are coming to do the job. Ultimately when they came they were quite friendly and helpful. The job was completed to our satisfaction. We have not had heavy rains since then so we can’t comment on the roofing work. It was a few months later than promised.

"Local company good workforce"

Just had conservatory roof changed to insulated roof and a flat internal ceiling, the two lads Andy and his mate removed the existing roof and worked hard specially in the hottest day of the year and got the new roof fitted in the day, The plasterer then came and fit the ceiling and did some alterations to the design that I asked for with no problems the workmenship was to a excellent standard. Just had a couple of problems some due to covid and some damage to flagstones but this was compensated straight away with no quibbles or complaint from the office when told about them

"Very happy with the work overall."

I had no problems with this company. I needed a composite door fitted to my 300 year old period cottage in York. I like that these guys made it to order as it was an irregular size. It looks great, well fitted and finished off nicely. The fitters were polite, friendly and tidied up after themselves which I liked. Very happy with the work overall.

Promised that I would have my door fitted and installed by a set date and that has been and passed and not been contacted by them at all about the situation. I contacted them and chased to be told they lost my order. GDPR right there as my personal data and information is now 'lost' and they do not care about it at all.

tried to cancel my order as they have broken their own terms and conditions for the order but apparently this is fine and I can "like it or lump it" and I will NOT be getting my deposit back from them even though they are the ones that did not fulfil the contractual obligations.

spoke to a 'manager' who was sneering at me and very condescending telling me that I was not correct and the fact that the person who made the order didn't write the promised dates/timescale on the order means they can just fob me off. at this point I did get overly frustrated and that was obvious on the call but after the amount of messing about and being lied to I think anyone would. and yes I said a swear word but I install apologised as it was out of frustration as apparently my deposit money won't even cover the cost of the FREE quote! hmmmmm

then spoke to complaints who actually tired to help, Tracey was helpful and genuinely nice and listened but ultimately she is unable to make the final decisions. Thats a shame that she is not the CEO of this company as it might actually be ok then.

but again 'head office' fobbed me off stating that they would in their words FAST TRACK the process and could POSSIBLY fit by September. nearly 10 weeks AFTER the promised date. also on the contract it states subject to survey and as no survey has been carried out then it means the contract is null and void but again they dont care as they have my money and refusing to refund it as its out of the 14 days!!!!

they have a clause about an ORAL agreement being legally binding but its ok for them to break that as they have the money already.

really wish I had seen these reviews before I became a victim of their shambolic company. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT order with them as you will not get the goods and their customer service couldn't care less.

look on companies house at how many times this company has folded changed names been in liquidation changed directorship etc. again I wish I had before hand. its a disgrace and thats being KIND.

update 1 - their complaints email address does not exist or work. how is someone meant to send in a complaint in writing via email as advised it the advertised email address does not work?

Update 2 - after send a strongly worded email to the CEO and contacting trading standards watch dog and my credit card company I have been given a refund. They class it as a gesture of goodwill. Ok yeah thanks for that. You break your contract but it’s good will to give a refund when you broke your own terms and conditions. In any case it’s in my bank and I will NEVER go near this company again.

"DO NOT USE THESE GUYS"

This company is a shambles. I have issues with their personnel which I'm apparently not allowed to share (edited on request). The fitting was terrible and took 3 visits to sort. The customer service team couldn't give a monkey's when they've got your money and are incredibly rude. The prices are rock bottom and you get a product and service to match. Do not use them.
EDIT- Having written the review I've been contacted to request an edit, but not to address the outstanding issue I have with the fitting that was done in January...
EDIT 2 - The issues I had are now resolved. After my TP review they took it seriously and, in fairness, gave great customer service and reacted quickly. Just wish they had been that good from day 1.
