First of all their initial fees to even get the loan are ridiculous ($400) for a $5900 loan, but I was willing to overlook that because they advertise loans as soon as 24 hours. After my phone call they determined that my reason for loan had changed, since I selected “large purchase” and the money is for vacation expenses. I mean what constitutes a large purchase is kind of subjective. They changed my origination fee to $700 for that. So if I were to have said the money is for one singular chimpanzee I found on EBay then my fee would have stayed at $400? Makes sense. They seem to just use any and all reasons to jack up the fee. But again, I needed it fast so whatever, I guess just rape me. After that they’d ask for documents, I’d send them, a day later they’d ask for more, I’d call and explain that I’m a sub contractor and travel constantly for work and that I can send whatever they needed, but the addresses may not match, their brain would explode, I’d send more documents. At this point it’s been 6 days and I haven’t even received the documents to sign yet. I’m told it may take another 2-5 days after that. I read online that it could take longer for unusual circumstances or hard to verify income. I mean I’ve sent tons of documents, my credit isn’t bad, all my income is W2, and I make plenty. Im guessing I’ll actually have the money by maybe 14 days. So basically it will be useless by then. At this point I’m just waiting on them to ask to see my highschool diploma at 38 years old. Would not surprise me. Slow as hell and ridiculous fees. Don’t really see the point in dealing with them at all.
