I was somewhat afraid to send my old cell phones to a company I had not done business with before. I was not sure that I would get paid for the two phones I sent to them. But, they made it very easy and I was paid the amount stated on their website and it was transferred to my PayPal account which I in turn sent it to my bank. It was a good experience and Gizmogul did what they said they would do.

I went with Gizmogul as they had a good website and a good price for my used phone.
I was called the next day by a representative, to go over the process and to make sure I turned off “find my iphone” which if I had not would have really slowed things down.
However just a day or so later I good friend of mine asked if he could have the phone for his niece in college. The next day the shipping pack arrives from Gizmougl.
When I wrote them and told them that I had changed my mind the reply was gracious and understanding.
I didn’t make them any money, actually cost them some.... but they chose to look at the big picture and preserve a good relationship with me, knowing that there is a chance in the future where I’ll have another phone to recycle.
Given how they dealt with me this time, I will definitely deal with them again.
Because that’s great customer service.

I've seen lots of ads on tv for buy back companies and was always a little apprehensive. I have a handful of old phones. Some old some not so old that I was finally determined to be rid of.
I found the people at Gizmogul to be more than helpful in this process. I was very happy with the knowledge and expertise of the staff in helping me go through my old phones and getting the most for them. Will definitely use them again.
