They came to my rescue during the recent Royal Mail cyber attack. They allowed me to ship out to one of their return hubs and from there they shipped out to my customers. They may have saved my amazon account from suspension.

Useless company. Everything is more difficult than it needs to be. Even cancelling my account is difficult, as they decided to ignore my emails. There are much better Amazon return services out there.

Sadly I have to leave a negative review. My parcel full of returns has been "lost" on the way back to me, they say.
I have had to chase numerous times with no resolution so far. I'm happy to change this review if my issue is resolved.

"They don’t reply to requests"
They don’t reply to requests. They not tell when the goods will be shipped back (or the cost) they are not a professional firm and just charge whatever they want. We have been using for a while now their charges are higher and service is worse monthly. Ireland warehouse has multiple issues. Avoid this firm and go elsewhere

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
They advise "we will send items when a carton is full, then push the date back,...... and back...and back.
Last week was told, it will be shipped this week in a pallet.
Now waiting nearly 4 weeks for them to ship items from their warehouse, and been told "around ANOTHER two weeks" as waiting for consolidated pallet.
They do NOT answer the phone, emails are tardy, and do not acknowledge issues.
