A los cuatro días de hacer el pedido no tenía noticias aparte del mail de confirmación de pedido, les escribí y respondieron enseguida confirmando la entrega en 7-10 días, llego dentro de plazo. Buen servicio.

"Damaged goods"

Ordered a Jansport rucksack for my son's Christmas present which arrived with obvious pen marks on the front and looked second hand. I contacted Blueberry Brands for a replacement but they, unreasonably, wouldn't send out a replacement in time for Christmas. Wouldn't buy from them again.

In response to Blueberry Brands and to conclude this dialogue, my negative review of Blueberry Brands still stands. The fact remains that I received a damaged item, sold to me as new, for a Christmas present for my son. I informed Blueberry Brands straight away on receipt that the item was damaged (with photographic evidence to confirm), which was around 12 days before Christmas (not 3-4 days as stated by Blueberry Brands). I felt that minimal effort was made to rectify the situation to the customer's satisfaction and I certainly did not receive a refund as stated.
