I have been sent the wrong size and colour.
Communication was prompt after informing the company of the mistake and after being told I would have been sent the right order I heard nothing for about 4 days. After the second email enquiring about the status of my order I get a reply with an apology and a full refund.
Not an offer for an alternative colour in my size in the meanwhile.
What a waste of time.

I ordered converses for my Mrs and they still haven’t arrived and this was weeks ago. Despite several emails sent they haven’t yet sorted the problem. They just fob me off with “ it’s in transit” and to check tracking which, states it’s at our nearest delivery centre and has said that for 2 weeks and more now. This company haven’t chased it up on my behalf at all and expect me to do it. Won’t be using this company again.

The website was not precise on the shoe size. I ordered a size that was actually a Brazilian size and not a US size, so I had to wait about 2/3 weeks to get the right shoe size. As I live in Europe, they kindly refund the wrong shoe size and I did not need to return it. However they suggested me to buy the upper size, which I did. Lucky it was not defect, because the 1st shoes I was sent was defect on the left foot.
After my case, they mentioned the different international sizes on the website.
