Shipping has been really bad, more than 15 working days, where on the website is stated from 7 to 10 (or less).
Customer service replies are very quick, but precise that the shipments take from 10 to 15 working days.
My opinion is that this second detail should be mentioned on the website, moreover I believe that if you want to offer a good service you cannot ship using a postal service, you need to rely on a express forwarder....
Update 21st March 2019 - Following to Blueberry reply:
The order was placed on 11th December (2 weeks before Christmas) and arrived on 9th January.
The difference in prices between postal services and express shipping is not so high, at least you could propose an alternative express shipping adding the difference from postal costs.
