Last year my husband and son each got a lined flannel pants and shirt leisure set. They love the comfort and warmth.

"No goods after 4 weeks. All I get is emails!"

Ordered items 17th November - now 14th December. Only things they have delivered so far are emails asking for reviews of products they still have not delivered, other emails trying to get me to order more stuff, and snotty emails from "customer care" blaming me for ordering at "their busiest time of year" - ie mid November! Customer care is non existent - like their goods.
