I have always received great service from International Plastics and my most recent order was no different. Prompt packing, shipping and delivery of my order and truly outstanding customer service by their representative Lynn. I wish more companies treated their customers in the great way that International Plastics does.

"Sent me the wrong products and didn't honor their 100% satisfaction guarentee"

* Isn't disclosing my full name against your own privacy policy? It says you won't pass on personal information to anyone. It also looks very immature.

I ordered bubble mailers from I.P over the phone with Danielle. We've only used bubble mailers since we started in 2020 to protect our products. Proofs were sent, looked good.The proofs do not specify the type of packaging (poly, bubble, etc.), only the measurements, color (s), etc. of the design. (See Google review Screenshot)

When the order arrived, I was surprised to see poly bags. I'd never heard of a poly bags until I received them. I contacted I.P. & I had sent a screen shot of the email where I asked fora envelopes, not poly bags.

I.P. offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee & their site says for any reason if you are unsatisfied within 30 days FOR ANY REASON you can contact them & receive either a full 100% refund, or they will arrange a return & remake the products. I made multiple calls to I.P the day of my delivery & a few more times within the 30 days (see screenshots on Google reviews) NONE OF THESE OPTIONS WERE OFFERED. Only excuses were made. The phone call was between Danielle & I weren't recorded, but they should be.

I had also emailed Danielle a ruler showing the bags were cut to short. Our products are just under 4" & our mailing labels are exactly 4" across. I purchased 10K of 4x8 mailers, but received 3.80" x 8" mailers. Danielle stated the bags can be shorter than requested due to the manufacturing process. It's not up to the customer to guesstimate or assume excessive measurements for their products, I.P are the professionals, only they know their machines.

We did try using the bags, but products were getting crushed, customers were leaving negative reviews, USPS expressed concerns over packages sticking together since we have attempted to cut & trim the labels for each package, &we aren't able to fit the majority of our products inside them.

Needless to say after spending $2473.50 (+ a bit more for shipping) for 10,000 plastic bags that weren't the size or typeI ordered nor I could use, this wasn't the best experience. Leave a paper trail via email on the specific type of mailers / bags you are needing.

Their guarantee states "We offer a 30-day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please get in touch with our Customer Service Department by calling 1-800-820-4722.Our customer support team will help you arrange the return and provide a replacement, credit to your account, or a full refund.

I called this number multiple times the day of my delivery and several following days after (see google screenshots) and no full refund, arrangement, or remake was offered.

In response to I.P, please see my Google review for screenshots and proof of all of my claims. I even emailed Steve McClure and asked why his company doesn't honor their satisfaction guarantee and never heard back. I.P can make all the excuses and untruths they want but my screenshots on my Google review show the multiple calls I made because I.P wasn't offering any resolution despite what they say below, they also didn't offer any option in their satisfaction guarantee. All of my supporting screenshots are in my Google review, they have 0 documentation to prove they honored their guarantee.
In response to I.P-
•Proofs do not say "poly bags" (see screenshots)
•NO immediate resolution was given, only excuses. No one offered me a "100% refund" or to remake the bags. This is per YOUR 100% satisfaction guarantee page on your website. You only offered a partial refund 3 months after my order was delivered. (see screenshots)
•The products away after May, we are a seasonal business and don't even ship our product 6 months out of the year. I'm unsure how you know we "continued to use the products". when we lost money on postage due to returns. I sent images to the BBB and you, showing we had another company make the correct product shortly after we received the wrong order from you. So no, we didn't use them.
•The BBB closed the case and my complaint shows in unsatisfied status, letting customers know you were unwilling to honor your guarantee.
•My screenshots clearly shows your 100% satisfaction guarantee, that I called multiple times within the 30 days, and you only provided a 25% refund in MAY 3 months after my purchase after I made threats to contact the FTC, AG, and the BBB (see screenshots). I have my proof in my other review, you can't provide any. I also contacted Steve McClure, the CEO & asked why his company doesn't honor their 100% satisfaction guarantee & never heard back. You will also notice all of the replies from I.P to the 1 star reviews so not mention their 100% satisfaction guarantee.

"I was a longtime customer of…"

I was a longtime customer of discountplastics.com, and Ken, one of their sales managers, reached out to me and told me that he was moving over to International Plastics. I'm happy to report that IP's products appear to be on-par and customer service even better. The shipping rates also appear to be better, making me feel as if IP passes along their shipping discounts onto customers, rather than pocketing the difference. One product which I had ordered was drop-shipped from a US manufacturer, which makes me happy.
