Having lived on Blake’s Mead Estate for 3 years we are disappointed that the areas for which Greenbelt are responsible have never in that time been attended to. Yes the grass is cut but the shrubs are not cared for and the weeds are not mechanically or chemically removed in accordance with the contract between us and Greenbelt. Jane

Delivery isnt perfect, and the lack of choice of who actually delivers is frustrating but the customer service staff are great. Efficient, friendly and always willing to try and sort issues.

I contacted Greenbelt Group regarding an outstanding enquiry with the sale of our property (our solicitors had apparently sent an enquiry however it turns out they didn't), I contacted the legal department and spoke to Beth Westlake who was super helpful and responded to the outstanding enquiry within the hour.

Stacy took time to talk me through the on line access and looked after all my requirements well. It was a great help for me that she did not hurry me when I was a bit slow …. A good result for me
