I received a letter to pay but I wanted to spread the payments, I tried calling the office a few times but went straight to answer phone, I then submitted an enquiry saying I had tried calling and I wanted to spread the payment. They replied telling me I can spread the payments over 10 months and asked me to call the office. I tried calling a total of 13 times and gave up. But on a lighter note the website is easy to use and easy to pay if you just want to pay in full

We contacted green belt to come and cut some bushes for us which had overgrown. They came out promptly and did an amazing job. Thanks again

"Garden Maintenance WF3 1FF..."
Greenbelt manage the green areas of our development. They have recently cleaned out the pond in front of my house. Made a bit of a mess of the grass, but you cant make an omelette without breaking eggs. Area has been levelled and resown with grass seed and is now recovering well. The team who carry out the maintenance are very obliging and always leave the area looking good.

"Challenging an inaccurate bill...."
Following this year's bill, I challenged a number of inaccuracies. I received one email reply that did not answer any of my questions but just offered meaningless platitudes. I pursued my concerns and asked for evidence of the invoices used to calculate my bill - funnily enough, silence has now ensued. I can only assume therefore that my bill has been invented rather than calculated.
Update following Greenbelt's response:
Yes, the bill is itemised but as I originally said, I contacted you to challenge a number of inaccuracies with several of the items.
Yes, I did contact you via email but as I originally said, you have not responded any further.
I also said in the only reply I did receive you just offered meaningless platitudes. On this point, thank you for demonstrating this in your response below.

"Terrible!..."
Having recently just sold our property which was subject to Greenbelt charge, I can only say I would never buy a property again that had Greenbelt management.
As an example of their poor service, the landscapers working for GB would drive onto the development, park on the grass verges (thus destroying the grass) before doing some very poor “maintenance” of the landscaped areas before leaving.
Charges increase year on year despite there being more people on the development contributing to the charge. Impossible to deal with.
