"Purchased a saree that they claimed to…"

Purchased a saree that they claimed to be ‘Paithani’. Turned out to be a fake. Not pure silk. Not authentic original ‘Paithani’. Zari work is fake too. I had it checked and authenticated from several ‘Paithani’ dealers in Mumbai.
Moreover they sent me wrong color. Returned my purchase for a refund.
Had a very tough time getting any response from them. Order fulfillment and customer service isn’t good.
Overall very bad experience.
