"VERY WORRYING – Scam Suspected"

Immediate contact was made following my online request for Professional Assessment – flagged URGENT on Bark.com “Professionals know to contact you ASAP”. Quote received was considerably less than anyone else (inc VAT) – 50% of funds requested up front (depending on the job can be A LOT OF MONEY in the property game). I paid in good faith given imminent inspection – the PERFECT SCENARIO! and it’s so easy to fall for scams when you’re feeling pressured – slow down! If it's all happening quickly it's not a good sign. Take a moment! We checked with Companies House – the Company Registration # which they are using right now is for a totally different company – Private Grove Ltd – check credentials properly for yourself. Incompetence here is sadly high

"Suspected Scam - Avoid"

Contact was made immediately following my online request. Quote received was half the price of anyone else. When i carried out further checking, the Companies House # being quoted is for a totally different company known as Private Grove Ltd; where accounts are overdue. They also request 50% of the funds up front. I am extremely conscious that this is a scam and have decided to stay well clear. Shame really that companies still trying to rip others off.

Stay away from this firm. they provide very poor support and service. they don't respond to phone calls, emails or message. there are plenty of better companies out there to choose from.
