I ordered the 3D illusion rug after seeing the video. The item I received was a cheap copy, greyish fawn instead of white, a rectangle rather than an oval, the fabric was a cheap nylon rather than plush, it had been folded tightly into a bag and the creases will not come out. A complete waste of money. I contacted them via email, the first email didn’t work so found them through Paypal. They said that the creases could be ironed out, but putting an iron to it would melt it! Eventually, they said if I returned it to China, I could have a refund! No mention of free returns, so it is going in the bin! It was purchased as a Christmas present, it would be embarrassing to gift this to someone! I certainly would not purchase from this company again, avoid at all costs!

Får en erstatningsvare - en gave oveni og kan beholde den gamle vare som kan bruges på anden vis af andre... meget behagelig korrespondance og helt igennem SUPER service !! Køber igen, igen hos Menzo !
