There is an AI bot first but when this didn't give me the answer, I was through to one of the team within minutes.
Love Currensea for international transfers and spending abroad. Just signed up to the Pro plan to get even cheaper transfers and other benefits

"Fairly easy to use"
Fairly easy to use. Just make sure current account has enough funds to cover the transactions. Unfortunately it was difficult to get a reply via telephoning when we had an issue. And getting cash out whilst abroad has ‘restrictions’ !!

I tried to change my address while I ordered a card, but I couldn't change it. So I contacted so that I can change - very poor response because it takes so long to change. I gave all required documents to them. Now its a weeks now and the card never arrived. I need a prompt response.
Very slow response by email.
They never answer the phone - it goes straight to the automated voice message. What's the point of having a phone number if the customer needs an assistance by phone?
Not recommended.
