Great service to an Australian Customer. I live in Australia and used Wineware as there did not appear to be any local suppliers for wine glass cleaner. The website was easy to use, and no problem with the international delivery. Even though we are in COVID times, the delivery was pretty close to normal which is great.

Misleading information on product page of item I purchased - states a set of four and it is a single item for the purchase price not four - have contacted customer services to inform them of this and how disappointed I was - the item is no longer in stock as I purchased the last one so now I have a single glass - beware - I read the description carefully and would of purchased four at the checkout had I known this

I rate any shop by its way of dealing with problems. One of 6 wine glasses was delivered broken so i sent an email and asked for replacement. A spare glass was delivered next day. Super helpful staff and a nice shop with a nice variety of goods.
