I ordered 5 double monitor pc's. As I am going through the packages, I have found 1 damaged monitor, 1 damaged keyboard, and two towers that will not recognize the monitors attached. I am currently on hold awaiting a customer service representative, and have been waiting on hold for 25 minutes so far without so much as a notification of where I am in line. Far below the "100% Satisfaction Guarantee".

I ordered a computer for an older friend. Between the time I ordered and the time it was shipped my friend had a stroke and was probably not coming home.
I called asking what to do. The individual who helped me - Anna - was so professional. She gave me my options. I decided to return the computer. Since it had not been delivered she contacted Fed Ex and had the computer returned directly to the Discount Computer.
Within two days I was given a full refund. I'll definitely be shopping with Discount Computer again. Thank you!

We ordered a pc a month ago and still haven't received it. I was going to give a 1-star bcs we weren't able to reach anyone at the company, but...
Today, before filing fraud alerts, etc, i tried one last time. Ann, their rep, answered. I told her what was going on. She called Fed Ex who had lost the package. Fed Ex takes 5-7 days to process the claim. Ann gave me her direct line, and let me know they've had a few problems with Fed Ex lately. I see from the reviews and our tracking number it's TRUE. Fed Ex is the culprit more than this company. I should be receiving another pc within the next 2 wks. Ann assured me she will personally handle this, by shipping the new unit out within 24hrs of the claim settling. It sucks to have to wait longer, but i feel this company is making the effort to conduct business appropriately while maintaining financial integrity for operations. I did not like the difficulty it took to reach a live person there, but once i did, i felt assured; the situation is being handled well.
