I purchased a new computer and 1 of the monitors came in from being shipped, was cracked. I called and told them and they immediately sent me a new one for free and i had to ship the old afterwards.

"I still have not gotten my computer"
I still have not gotten my computer. Have called several times to find out when it will be delivered. Because the day I was informed that I was going to get the computer I didn’t receive it. I have called several times. First time was on hold two hrs no one ever came to phone so hang up. Called second time was on hold hour no one ever came. Called again next day was on hold hour no one came so hang up called back was on hour and thirty minutes then phone just disconnected. I have no clue of computer was shipped and where. Even called Fedex they not able to see anything which means they have no clue if package was ever sent and requested that I call the company and I did but can’t get through

Placed order on 12/4/19, order said it should have shipped on 12/5/19 and been delivered by 12/7/19. I understand that sometimes it doesn’t always go as planned with ordering and shipping but the real issue here is the fact that I called their customer service number MULTIPLE times and waited 20+ minutes each time on the line no answer. I emailed the customer service email to check the status of the order once again.. No reply. I filed a dispute for my funds back on 12/9/19 because at time I felt as though I had been scammed. I got my money on the 10th of December and the next day that is when the CS e-mailed me back AFTER me filing a dispute and getting my money back. Horrible Customer communication. The person who responded to the dispute said I was on back order, whoever answered the email said something different. Will not refer company.

"Not enough info before payment"
Not enough info before payment, need to know location, need to know how delivery is being handle, how many days to shipping. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes called early this morning to cancel order I still haven’t spoke with anyone I’m still on hold going on an hour!
