Update: they somehow managed to contact UPS and change the delivery so that I received the package that day. I can now take the clamp on my business trip. I thank them for that.
Ordered current clamp from their website as it was in stock, paid £10 for courier as opposed to free Royal Mail so I could have it for a trip overseas. Two days later no notification. Logged an enquiry, fairly prompt response but when I received the delivery details, it would arrive after my departure. Express delivery was still less than the additional £10 and would have got it to me on time, but they opted for the low cost delivery option.
