Clements Solicitors are no win no fee employment tribunal solicitors. They where kind and supportive through out the tribunal process and could have done it without them. There solicitor got me to mediation and won me an excellent settlement.

I contacted them by email when I was feeling particularly low and vulnerable due to how I had been treated, not expecting very much, if I’m honest. I received a reply from Luca, which was very encouraging and then a phone call from Tom, which restored my faith in human nature. Both my husband and I were out of work and Tom agreed to take my (relatively low value) case on a no win no fee basis. He was clearly experienced and highly knowledgable, but also charming and a very funny man. He made me feel more important and valued than I’d felt for ages. Nicole took over my case and achieved a very satisfactory outcome after a lot of hard work. I cannot fault her cheerful determination, and also her kindness and good sense. Tom and Gemma couldn't do enough for me and worked through very long and tiring days, sometimes even unsociable hours to make sure they did everything they could for the case in hand.

Not very impressed , had to chase them constantly for up dates , they wanted to settle way too early in the case , not positive in taking it to court , not remembering certain issues with the case . Wasn’t happy at all with the outcome .

Absolutely amazing service, had a issue with my previous employer that I couldn’t resolve so I searched for ‘Best employment solicitors in Ipswich’ on the internet and Clements came out on top so I sent a message into them and Tom got back to me and said I had a good case, upon completion of terms I was soon contacted by Gemma who explained everything to me and asked for all relevant information and background and she set to work, kept me informed all the way with the progress and updates on my old employers comments and requests, a fair settlement was made and accepted. Gemma advised me on what was achievable without being biased in anyway and the situation was resolved and I was totally satisfied with the outcome. It was a shame solicitors had to get involved but that’s life and we all move on. Totally recommend Clements solicitors and could not fault Gemma in anyway, brilliant service.
