My first purchase from this company. A special shout out to Dillon Patel. Kept me informed about my order. The order was shipped on the same day. The price was very competitive too. A busy store by the sounds of it but the customer service is second to none. Very excited to receive my order for Tomorrow & will update my review accordingly. Many thanks to Dillon again & also a special thanks to Jason who was sorted out a good price for the item I wanted.

Update* received my coin the very next day. Couldn't be happier. Exactly as expected. Overall a pleasant transaction & I'll definitely be returning!

Kelly was really knowledgeable, friendly and a joy to talk to. The price paid for our unwanted gold was set by the daily value but the difference was that we didn't have to send it off to somewhere in London and wait for a quote. Left fifteen minutes after we arrived with a wad of readies in the back pocket. Result. Wouldn't go anywhere else to sell gold at the correct price.

She was really friendly and efficient; explained the whole process to me while she carried on with the job.
