"I have ordered the IKO1 Kyokushin…"

I have ordered the IKO1 Kyokushin Kaikan Black belt OBI, 3rd DAN degree, as well as embroidery of my First and Last name in Japanese Katakana letters. I was believing that someone in Kyokushin World Shop Company know how to translate from Croatian (Slavic language, with letters as Č,Ć,Đ,Š,Ž) to Japanese Katakana letters. Obviously, they do not have such a person. So, I have received an OBI wrongly embroidered. I sent them my complaint, and I must order a new OBI showing them how my First and Last name should look like in Japanese Katakana letters and to be correctly embroidered. So, I must pay two times, to get my OBI correctly embroidered!
However I have to be a honest, regardless of my complaint, production quality of the OBI as well embroidery is outstanding! It's absolutely excellent!!
